Coaching with the science underneath.

Support for women in burnout crisis that is grounded in positive psychology principles.

Does any of this sound familiar to you?

You're a capable, accomplished woman, running on empty. You deliver for everyone - your work, your family, your friends and your own life keeps getting cancelled.

You're craving...

  • To feel like yourself again

  • To keep achieving without the cost

  • Structure, because everything feels chaotic

  • To be told it isn't a character flaw

  • Better sleep

  • More time for yourself

But you're feeling...

  • Emotionally drained

  • Frustrated

  • Disorganised

  • Irritable

  • Cynical

  • Guilty

  • A lack of connection

  • Lack of enjoyment

Your physiological state responds...

When you facing stress and burnout your body launches a coordinated response - cortisol and adrenaline rise, heart rate and blood pressure go up, glucose floods your bloodstream, your immune and digestive system are deprioritised. This is allostasis, "achieving stability through change".
It's not the villian. It's exactly what's supposed to happen, and it's brilliant in short bursts.
The problem occurs when this never turns off. When the stress is chronic or when your system doesn't shut down the response properly - damage starts to occur and becomes the allostatic load. The buffer that's meant to reset never gets to.
Over time the effects show up across the whole body...

  • Elevated blood pressure

  • Blood sugar dysregulation

  • Suppressed immune function

  • Poorer sleep

  • Gut issues

  • Memory lapses, brain fog

  • Irritability, low mood

  • Difficulty regulating your emotions

  • Avoidance, procrastination

Because allostasis is fundamentally about the body's drive to return to balance, the load is reversible — the response can be brought back down when real recovery is built back in.

You've Tried...

...and nothing has changed, because burnout isn't just "being tired". It's a recognised sydrome that develops from prolonged exposure to chronic stress, not just one bad week.

What's missing...

An understanding of what's actually happening underneath — and a sequence designed to work with your biology instead of against it.

Reclaim Your Energy Program

The Reclaim Your Energy Program is that sequence. It is a burnout recovery program built on the science of what's actually happening in your body and informed by research in positive psychology and wellbeing. It's not another list of habits to white-knuckle through.Across six clear stages (The Reclaim Cycle), you'll move from recognising the signals you've been ignoring to protecting your energy at the source and rebuilding on ground that holds. Not so you can just cope again, so you can flourish, with your ambition and your edge fully intact.

Inside The Reclaim Cycle

  • Recognise — find out where you currently are

  • Create Space — guard your energy at the source, without guilt

  • Protect — learn to give yourself permission to stop

  • Rebuild - evidence-based ways people build in prevention

  • Reframe — learn accurate thinking to challenge your inner critic

  • Flourish — check how far you’ve come with your own data

After Reclaim...

  • You realise your depleted because your system is doing exactly what it's built.

  • You realise it's a system problem.

  • You work with your physiology — small, steady, repeatable.

  • A gate you control that makes your yes mean something.

  • Turn off the tap — organise your fortnight so less happens.

  • Catch the story and question it.

  • A seven or eight out of ten is success, set kindly in advance.

  • A data point where you adjust the design.

  • Structure and support first — self-sustaining after.

  • Flourishing is a rhythm you run, a garden you tend.

Before Reclaim...

  • You think you're burnt-out because you're not disciplined

  • You think it's a character flaw

  • You push harder, one big overhaul starting Monday.

  • Rest is a reward you earn once the work is done.

  • A boundary is a wall that makes you selfish.

  • You're mopping the floor — catching depletion after it hits.

  • You're obeying the story: my worth is my output

  • You need to be perfect. Ten out of ten, every single day.

  • White-knuckle it alone.

  • Arrive at "fixed" and stay there forever.

Meet Sam

Coach & Psychology Student

I spent 20 years in the corporate world leading delivery and projects, and the part I loved most was the people. I coached and mentored my teams to grow, back themselves and become the best versions of themselves. I also knew the pace, the pressure and the “just push through” culture, and eventually it caught up with me. Burnout forced me to stop and rethink everything. Out of that, I created the Reclaim Cycle, a simple way to understand what drains you and rebuild your energy step by step. It’s how I found my way back to me. Now, with psychology studies underway and real lived experience behind me, I help women reclaim their energy and create a life that actually feels good to live.

This is for you if...

  • You're ready to look under the exhaustion at the patterns and systems driving it, not just manage the symptoms.

  • You understand burnout isn't a willpower problem or a character flaw, and you're done treating it like one.

  • You're willing to do the work between sessions — the honest reflection, the boundary-setting, the uncomfortable changes that actually move the needle.

  • You want sustainable change, not a temporary lift that fades by the following week.

This is not for you if...

  • You're looking for a quick hack, a motivational pep talk, or someone to hand you a checklist and send you on your way.

  • You want reassurance that nothing needs to change. Real recovery asks you to shift how you operate, and that part isn't always comfortable.

  • You're waiting for someone to fix it for you. I'll walk beside you and bring the framework and the experience — but you're the one who does the reclaiming.

  • You're in acute crisis and need clinical or medical support right now. Coaching works alongside that kind of care, not instead of it, and your wellbeing comes first.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from therapy or counselling?

This is coaching and education, not clinical treatment. Therapy tends to look backward at why you feel this way; this program looks forward at how you rebuild capacity and function. If you're dealing with a mental health condition, this works best alongside professional care, not instead of it.

What makes you qualified to teach this?

I combine two things most burnout programs don't: senior delivery-leadership experience and formal psychology study. I've sat in the rooms where unrealistic expectations get set, and I understand the science of why that wrecks people. It's the difference between someone telling you to "set boundaries" and someone who knows how the machine actually works.

Who is this program for?

It's for high-functioning professionals who are running on empty — still delivering, still showing up, but quietly depleted. If you're the person others rely on and you've started to wonder how long you can keep this pace, you're who this is built for.

What if I'm not sure my situation actually counts as "burnout"?

You don't need a diagnosis or a breaking point to belong here. Most people arrive somewhere on the spectrum between "stretched thin" and "completely flat." The Recognise module is designed to help you name exactly where you are — that clarity is often the first relief.

What if the real problem is my workplace, not me?

Often it is — and that's the point. My background is 20+ years leading delivery in payments, property, telco and financial services, so I understand how systems break people. This program won't pretend the fix is just "self-care." It gives you the tools to protect your capacity and change how you operate inside imperfect systems.

I'm already exhausted. How much time does this realistically take?

The program is built around the fact that you have nothing spare to give. Modules are short and paced so you're never adding another heavy obligation. The early work is about subtracting load before we build anything new.

Is it live or self-paced?

Whatever you choose - see above for The Offers. Either way, you move through the six stages of the Reclaim Cycle in sequence: Recognise, Create Space, Protect, Rebuild, Reframe, Flourish.

Is there homework?

There are practical tools and reflections but they're designed to reduce mental load, not add to it. You do as much or as little as your energy allows.

What results can I expect?

Realistically: more awareness of where your energy leaks, practical ways to protect it, and a way of working that doesn't quietly consume you. This isn't a promise to "cure" burnout in six modules — it's a repeatable framework you'll keep using long after.

Will I have to quit my job or make big life changes?

No. The program is designed to work within your current life. Some people do make bigger changes eventually, but that's a choice you reach with more clarity — not a requirement to start.

What if I fall behind?

Life happens — especially when you're depleted. You have lifetime access to the resources so The Reclaim Cycle is there whenever you're ready to pick it back up.
